Stir-fried tomatoes with eggs is a very common dish in China and it taste delicious also with rich nutrition in it.

1.      Wash and slice the tomatoes .


  2.     Break two or three eggs into a bowl and stir them. And beat them until they are well-mixed.
3.     Heat about two tea spoons of oil in a frying pan. Pour the tomatoes into the pan and stir-fry it briefly.



4.     Then using another pan, heat the right amount of oil, Pour in the egg mixture, and fry until eggs turn solid.


5.     Add the prepared tomatoes in again and stir them together for a few minutes.
  6.     Add salt based on preference. Finally, take them out and put into a plate.
