Stir-fried tomatoes with eggs is a very common dish in China and it taste delicious also with rich nutrition in it.
Ingredients you need:

Spices（right amount）: salt, cooking oil
|1. Wash and slice the tomatoes .
|2. Break two or three eggs into a bowl and stir them. And beat them until they are well-mixed.|
|3. Heat about two tea spoons of oil in a frying pan. Pour the tomatoes into the pan and stir-fry it briefly.
