1.300g/ fresh pork chop

2.Chinese onion

Seasonings and Sauces:

.3 tsp/  white sugar

. 1.5tsp/ table salt
. 2 tsp/ Chinese vinegar
.2 tsp/ Chinese cooking wine
.1tsp/ soy sauce 酱油


1.fresh and chopped pork-chop and clean in tap-water

2.deep-fry for a few minutes

3.get out the pork chop after they turn brown in oil

4.stir the pork-chop with other spices

5.put salt, sugar,vinegar….and  stir until being dry
